Shipping in India

We offer free shipping for rolled prints all over India. We work with reputed logistics partners like Delhivery etc. for domestic deliveries.

All orders are processed within a maximum of two weeks from date of order being placed. Shipment may also take an additional one week for delivery to happen at your doorstep. Deliveries may also occur on weekends and / or holidays. In case of any unexpected delays, this will be communicated via email to our clients.

While we deliver to most locations in India free of cost, some locations which are remote may attract special delivery charges. We will connect with in this case once the  order is placed.

Shipping outside India

We also ship rolled prints to all countries of the world. The shipping costs for overseas delivery is not built into the cost of the painting and will be charged separately. The delivery time for regular international destinations is around 7-10 days more than the time taken for domestic shipping. We do however, always strive to deliver earlier than what is mentioned. Please note that time taken for custom clearance is neither in our control or our courier partner’s control, hence delivery time can increase if customs holds the shipment for any reason.

International customers must note that our costs do not cover Custom Clearance Fees and Custom Duties. If applicable, these charges would be collected by the courier partner at the time of delivery, or they might connect to you before delivery, for payments. These charges vary from country to country and subject to frequent changes – hence we can’t give you an estimate of the same.

Once the order is received, we will connect with you and provide a shipping quote.

Packaging

All rolled prints will be put in protective tubes and sealed at ends so that they reach you in a safe and sound condition.

Damages

ReenaOnCanvas is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
